Shipping Policy
Orders must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, or your order will not be processed until the next business day. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address but most shipments arrive within 10-14 days using FedEx ground service. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 5 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Currently, we do not offer shipping services to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.
www.nwogo.com reserves the right to hold any order for security review. . If this is the case for your order, you will be notified within 2 business days.
If for any reason, an item is out of stock at the time you place your order you will be promptly notified via email.
Refused deliveries are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge, plus the cost of return shipping.

Return Policy
We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase. However we ask that you inspect your items within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that you do this to see if your item is defective, damaged or not as you anticipated.
Damaged Items Policy
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event your items were damaged during shipping please file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Defective Merchandise
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or has missing crystals please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. At our option we will replace the defective parts or replace your item. If we do not have the parts in stock we will request that our partners send us the parts necessary to make your item complete. This may take up to 30 days from your notifying us of the damages.
